All Purchases


  1. All prices are in US Dollars.
  2. You agree to not cancel, revoke, charge-back or dispute any previously entered charge on your credit card, unless prohibited by law. If, after making a payment or payments by credit card, you later dispute properly authorized charge(s), you will pay all fees and costs incurred by PAX Programs Incorporated as a result of the improper cancellation, revocation, charge-back or dispute. You authorize PAX Programs Incorporated to charge such fees and costs on the credit card provided by you to register.
  3. If you receive any bonuses with your purchase, they must be used within 2 years. The bonuses have no cash redemption value and no refund value. PAX Programs Incorporated may substitute a bonus program or product of equal or greater value. If you cancel the purchase with which a bonus was provided, any unused bonuses will be also cancelled, and PAX Programs Incorporated reserves the right to charge the regular rate for all bonuses you have fulfilled.

Individual Online Courses


  1. You will be provided immediate access to each Online Course purchased through the "My Account" section at UnderstandMen.com, for the period indicated on the sales page, and this access will complete delivery of the course.
  2. PAX Programs Incorporated offers a "Money-Back Guarantee" as follows:
    1. This guarantee requires completion of all portions of the online course. If, after completing the online course, you wish to request a refund, you must do so in writing by sending an email to Refunds@understandmen.com within 72 hours of the completion of the course.
    2. This guarantee does not apply to programs or products provided as a bonus with purchase.

Packaged Online Courses


  1. You will be provided immediate access to each Online Course purchased in your Package through the "My Account" section at UnderstandMen.com, for the period indicated on the sales page, and this access will complete delivery of this Package.
  2. PAX Programs Incorporated offers a "Money-Back Guarantee" as follows:
    1. This guarantee requires completion of all portions of the online courses. If, after completion, you wish to request a refund, you must do so in writing by sending an email to Refunds@understandmen.com within 72 hours of completion. If you proceed to the next course in your package, you are acknowledging satisfaction with the online course previously completed.
    2. This guarantee does not apply to programs or products provided as a bonus with purchase.

Using Payment Plans


If you purchased an online course, or registered for a live workshop, with a payment plan, it begins when you register with your first installment. The first payment will be charged immediately and includes the administrative fee. All subsequent payments will be charged to the same account on a 31-day cycle. A description of the number of payments and amount of each payment for each program and/or package was presented on the sales page and will be repeated in your confirmation email.

  1. Package of Online Courses' registrations will receive immediate access to online courses as each payment is made, beginning with the first online course listed in the Package and continuing every 31 days after that.
  2. A charge of $20 will be assessed for any changes to the payment schedule.
  3. If any of the payments are declined for any reason, PAX Programs Incorporated is authorized to assess and collect a Decline Fee of $15 for each occurrence. It is your responsibility to contact PAX Programs Incorporated to rectify the problem. Until the problem is rectified and the payment plan brought current, you will be automatically transferred out of all programs for which you are registered.
  4. After participating in the selected program(s), if you default on the remaining payments, you will reimburse PAX Programs Incorporated for all costs associated with collecting the remainder of the tuition, including but not limited to, attorney's fees and costs of court.

Group Redemption of Online Courses


  1. The Redemption Code may not be used for existing registrations, other online courses, live workshops, products, or with any other promotions.
  2. The Redemption Code has no cash value.
  3. PAX Programs Incorporated's "Money-Back Guarantee" and the refund policy displayed in the course does not apply to Group Redemptions. Please contact your Group Sponsor if you are unsatisfied with your course.
  4. Your access to the course will expire in 30 days from activation.
  5. For technical support or help with "My Account," contact PAX Programs Incorporated Customer Care directly at 1-800-418-9924 or CustomerCare@understandmen.com

Live Workshops


  1. By law, you have the right to cancel within 3 business days of purchase. When cancelling under this provision, any tuition collected will be refunded in full so long as you give notice to PAX Programs Incorporated Customer Care at 1-800-418-9924 by midnight Pacific Time on the third business day after the date of purchase.
  2. AWAITING PROGRAM CONFIRMATION:
    1. The program will be confirmed no later than 3 weeks prior to the program start date. PAX Programs Incorporated will notify you by email when there is Program Confirmation.
    2. Due to the expenses involved in conducting live workshops, a minimum number of participants are required to cause Program Confirmation. If this minimum is not reached by 3 weeks prior to the program start date, the program may be canceled or rescheduled and your payments made to-date will either a) be applied to another program date, or b) at your choosing, be refunded in total.
    3. If you secure travel or lodging before you receive Program Confirmation, PAX Programs Incorporated is not liable for any travel expenses, lodging deposits or fees you may have incurred.
  3. TRANSFERS AND CANCELLATIONS:
    1. If you cancel a registration prior to attending the program, your tuition will be refunded minus any applicable Payment Plan Administration Fee, any other applicable fees and the applicable Cancellation Fee applied to individually and within a package, as follows:
      1. If you cancel your registration within 45 days of the program date, you will be charged a Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of the program tuition.
      2. If you cancel your registration more than 45 days prior to the program date, you will be charged a Cancellation Fee of $75.00 per program.
    2. If you elect to attend a program other than the date for which you registered, you will be charged a Transfer Fee as follows:
      1. There is no Transfer Fee for transfers completed within 10 days of original purchase, unless the original registration happens within 45 days of the program.
      2. There is a $35 Transfer Fee for every transfer completed more than 10 days after original purchase. Exception: The Transfer Fee is waived if the transfer is completed by you, through "My Account," 46 days or more before the start date of the course. If you request assistance from Customer Care in completing the transfer, this exception does not apply.
      3. There is a Transfer Fee equivalent to 20% of program tuition for every transfer completed within 45 days from the start date of the course, regardless of whether the transfer is completed through "My Account" or by Customer Care.
    3. If you do not attend the program for which you registered, and have not completed a transfer prior to the program start date, you will be considered a "No Show." In this case, you authorize a charge equivalent to 30% of program tuition to the payment option on file. Upon payment of the 30% "No Show" fee, your program will be listed as "Program Date TBD" and available for you to reschedule in "My Account."
    4. If you arrive after the published start time for the program, you will not be admitted. You may transfer to a later date subject to the applicable Transfer Fee specified in #3 above.
  4. Critical program information, including the course location, will be communicated to you solely via email. It is your responsibility to read all emails, and to solve any technical issues that may be blocking your ability to receive emails from PAX Programs Incorporated. All of these Terms and Conditions will apply, regardless of whether you receive emails from PAX Programs Incorporated.
  5. PAX Programs offers a "100% Money Back Guarantee" as follows:
    1. This guarantee requires completion of all portions of the live program. If, after completing a program, you wish to request a refund, you must do so in writing by sending an email to Refunds@understandmen.com within 72 hours of the end of the program.
    2. This guarantee does not apply to Core Partnership, The Dance of Partnership and Partnership At Work, because the ultimate success of these programs depends heavily on your efforts both during and after the program.
    3. This guarantee does not apply to programs provided as a bonus with purchase.

Core Partnership Specific Terms


  1. By law, you have the right to cancel within 3 business days of purchase. When cancelling under this provision, any tuition collected will be refunded in full so long as you give notice to PAX Programs Incorporated Customer Care at 1-800-418-9924 by midnight Pacific Time on the third business day after the date of purchase.
  2. AWAITING PROGRAM CONFIRMATION:
    1. The program will be confirmed no later than 60 days prior to the program start date. PAX Programs Incorporated will notify you by email & phone or phone message when there is Program Confirmation.
    2. Due to the expenses involved in conducting Core Partnership, a minimum number of participants are required to cause Program Confirmation. If this minimum is not reached by 60 days prior to the program start date, the program will be canceled and your payments made to-date will either a) be refunded in total, or b) applied to another program date, as available and at your choosing.
    3. If you secure travel or lodging before you receive Program Confirmation, PAX Programs Incorporated is not liable for any travel expenses, lodging deposits or fees you may have incurred.
  3. TRANSFERS AND CANCELLATIONS AND NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS:
    1. Core Partnership takes place in Alberta, Canada and you MUST POSSESS A VALID PASSPORT if you are not a Canadian citizen. Failure to secure a valid passport, which expires more than 30 days from the end-date of the course, is not grounds for a refund.
    2. Due to the limited number of Core Partnership programs each year, and the limited number of spaces in each program, the ability to Transfer to another program date is not guaranteed. Please choose your program dates carefully.
    3. Your registration includes a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $1,395.00. If you request a transfer to another program date or cancel your registration, your deposit is forfeit.
    4. If you transfer your registration within 45 days prior to the start date of the program for which you are originally registered, you will be charged a fee equal to 75% of the total Program Tuition.
    5. If you cancel your registration within 45 days prior to the start date of the program for which you are registered, you will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the total Program Tuition.
    6. If you do not attend the program for which you are registered, and you have not completed a transfer or cancellation as stated above, you will be considered a "No Show." In this case, the total Program Tuition will be forfeit, you will not be entitled to receive a refund, and none of your tuition will be transferable to another Core Partnership program or any other program or product. You may also be denied the opportunity to register again.
  4. Critical program information, including the course location, will be communicated to you solely via email. It is your responsibility to read all emails, and to solve any technical issues that may be blocking your ability to receive emails from PAX Programs Incorporated. All of these Terms and Conditions will apply, regardless of whether you receive emails from PAX Programs Incorporated.
  5. PAX Programs Incorporated offers a "Money-Back Guarantee" as follows:
    1. This guarantee does not apply to Core Partnership because the ultimate success of this program for you depends heavily on your efforts both during and after the program.
    2. This guarantee does not apply to programs provided as a bonus with purchase.
  6. If you are registering for Core Partnership with a Payment Plan:
    1. Your first payment of $1,395 will be processed at the time you complete your registration.
    2. The remaining five (5) payments of $749 will be charged on a 31-day cycle to the same credit card you used when completing your registration.
    3. The total tuition for payment plan registrations into Core Partnership is $5,140.
    4. A charge of $20 will be assessed for any changes to the payment schedule.
    5. If any of the payments are declined for any reason, PAX Programs Incorporated is authorized to assess and collect a Decline Fee of $15 for each occurrence. It is your responsibility to contact PAX Programs Incorporated to rectify the problem. Until the problem is rectified and the payment plan brought current, you will be automatically transferred out of all programs for which you are registered.
