PAX Programs Incorporated – Workshop Payment Plan

Description and Terms

The following is a brief description of the payment plan for regular Celebrating Men, Satisfying Women® workshops:

• Your first payment of $94 will be processed TODAY, at the time you complete your registration.
• The remaining four (4) payments of $94 will be charged on a 31-day cycle to the same credit card you used when completing your registration.
• The total tuition for payment plan registrations is $470.
• If any of your scheduled payments are declined, you will receive a computer-generated email informing you about the declined payment. If you receive such an email, it is your responsibility to contact the Registrar’s office. Until the problem is rectified and the payment plan brought current, you will be automatically transferred out of all workshops.

The following is a brief description of the payment plan for Celebrating Men, Satisfying Women® Training Workshops:

• Your first payment of $105 will be processed TODAY, at the time you complete your registration.
• The remaining two (2) payments of $105 will be charged on a 31-day cycle to the same credit card you used when completing your registration.
• The total tuition for payment plan registrations is $315.
• If any of your scheduled payments are declined, you will receive a computer-generated email informing you about the declined payment. If you receive such an email, it is your responsibility to contact the Registrar’s office. Until the problem is rectified and the payment plan brought current, you will be automatically transferred out of all workshops.

The following section contains the terms of your payment agreement with PAX Programs Incorporated, and applies to both regular Celebrating Men, Satisfying Women® workshops and Training Workshops. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY, and make sure that you are clear about the payment schedule and all fees associated with changes to the schedule or in the event of non-payment. By clicking the “I Agree to Terms” button for the workshop you select, and completing your registration, you are indicating that you agree to the following:

1. I authorize PAX Programs Incorporated to charge to my credit card, or deduct from my checking account, the number of payments in the amounts described in the section above, beginning on today’s date. I understand that subsequent payments will be automatically deducted on a 31-day cycle.
2. I understand that a charge of $20 will be assessed for alterations to the payment schedule described above.
3. If I need to change the payment plan schedule once I am registered, I understand that it is my responsibility to contact the Registrar’s office.
4. In the event of a declined transaction for any future payments, I authorize PAX to assess and collect a fee of $15 for each occurrence.
5. I understand that it is my responsibility to contact PAX regarding any declined payments, and further understand that I will be transferred out of all workshops until such time as the payment plan is brought current.
6. After participating in the selected program, if I default on the remaining payments, I agree to reimburse PAX for all costs associated with collecting the remainder of the tuition.

Important Registration Information

Please note that by registering for a Celebrating Men, Satisfying Women workshop you are agreeing to the following:

• You will attend both the Saturday and Sunday sessions from 10:00AM to 7:00PM.
  (we can not accommodate late arrival and/or early departure on any day of the workshop)
• Completing and returning your Workshop Information Form, listening to the Important Message From Your Workshop Leader and letting us know you did so, are mandatory parts of being in the workshop.
• If you are unable to complete the steps above, you will not be able to attend the workshop
• If your Workshop Leader determines the workshop is not a match for you, PAX Programs Incorporated reserves the right to refuse service and your payment will be refunded in its entirety

Payment Plan Registration for Celebrating Men, Satisfying Women

Selecting a workshop from the following schedule by clicking the “I Agree to Terms” button indicates that you agree to the terms of the PAX Payment Plan as described above.

Registration Deadline

The Registration Deadline for this workshop is 3 days prior to the workshop start date. Please select a session that begins at least 3 calendar days in the future, or call Customer Care for assistance at (800) 418-9924.

* Please note: All workshops are held at local area hotels and are subject to change. In the event you have registered for a workshop and the location of the workshop changes, you will be contacted immediately.

By Request Workshops

By Request workshops are sponsored by teams of PAX graduates in cities where our curriculum is not currently available. By Request workshops must reach a minimum registration of 35 participants by the Wednesday 6 weeks prior to the workshop start date, or the workshop will be postponed. You can check the number of registered participants in the schedule above. If you register for a By Request workshops and it becomes necessary to postpone the workshop date, you will be notified by email and automatically transferred to the new workshop date.
