PAX Programs Incorporated – Workshop Payment Plan

Description and Terms

The following is a brief description of the payment plan for the Celebrating Women: Regarding Ecstasy & Power workshop:

• Your first payment of $179 ($94 for Training Workshops) will be processed TODAY, at the time you complete your registration.
• The remaining four (4) payments of $179 ($94 for Training Workshops) will be charged on a 31-day cycle to the same credit card you used when completing your registration.
• The total tuition for payment plan registrations is $895.
• If any of your scheduled payments are declined, you will receive a computer-generated email informing you about the declined payment. If you receive such an email, it is your responsibility to contact the Registrar’s office. Until the problem is rectified and the payment plan brought current, you will be automatically transferred out of all workshops.

The following section contains the terms of your payment agreement with PAX Programs Incorporated. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY, and make sure that you are clear about the payment schedule and all fees associated with changes to the schedule or in the event of non-payment. By clicking the “I Agree to Terms” button for the workshop you select, and completing your registration, you are indicating that you agree to the following:

1. I authorize PAX Programs Incorporated to charge to my credit card, or deduct from my checking account, five (5) payments of $179 each (payment amount for Training Workshops is $94), beginning on today’s date. I understand that subsequent payments will be automatically deducted on a 31-day cycle.
2. I understand that a charge of $20 will be assessed for alterations to the payment schedule described above.
3. If I need to change the payment plan schedule once I am registered, I understand that it is my responsibility to contact the Registrar’s office.
4. In the event of a declined transaction for any future payments, I authorize PAX to assess and collect a fee of $15 for each occurrence.
5. I understand that it is my responsibility to contact PAX regarding any declined payments, and further understand that I will be transferred out of all workshops until such time as the payment plan is brought current.
6. After participating in the selected program, if I default on the remaining payments, I agree to reimburse PAX for all costs associated with collecting the remainder of the tuition.

Workshop Schedule

The workshop begins at 2pm and ends at 9pm on Friday, and begins at 10am and ends at 6pm on Saturday and Sunday. We begin and end promptly at these times. Late arrivals WILL NOT BE ADMITTED and will need to transfer to a later date. Allow plenty of time for travel and parking.

Please be sure to clear your schedule for your entire Workshop. Do not make plans to leave early on any day. Our workshops have essential data right up to the end of each day. In order to get all of that data and be considered a graduate of this course, you must attend all sessions. Since our information builds on itself in breadth and complexity, you must be present the entire time to satisfy the prerequisite for future programs.

Registering with a Payment Plan

Selecting a workshop from the following schedule by clicking the “I Agree to Terms” button indicates that you agree to the terms of the PAX Payment Plan as described above.

Training Workshops

Training Workshops are led by Workshop Leader Candidates in their final stages of training. Training Workshops must reach a minimum registration of 20 participants by the Friday 4 weeks prior to the workshop start date, or the workshop will be postponed. You can check the number of registered participants in the schedule above. If you register for a Training Workshop and it becomes necessary to postpone the workshop date, you will be notified by email and automatically transferred to the new workshop date.
